Baseball Outing Registration Form

Chicago Cubs at Miller Stadium in Milwaukee, WI. 2011 date to be determined. $65/person. Ticket price includes: breakfast pizza on the deck at Tammy\'s Pizza & Pasta, 6817 State Park Road in Spring Grove, game ticket, round trip transportaion, tailgate party & beverages sponsored by Miller Distributor Steve Brinkmann on the bus. Ticket availability is limited \"first come-first served\"! Tickets are non-refundable, no refunds will be issued on cancellations. Bus departs from Tammy\'s at 8:30am sharp.
